What is Facebook?
According to Facebook's Web site, "Facebook is a social utility that connects people with friends and others who work, study and live around them. People use Facebook to keep up with friends, upload an unlimited number of photos, share links and videos, and learn more about the people they meet." Read the Wikipedia entry on Facebook.

• Read about upcoming events hosted by or sponsored by the Penn State Alumni Association - Minnesota Chapter.

• Ask questions of other group members in the discussion area

How To Join Facebook ...
If you are not logged in, you will be asked to do so before being redirected to our group. If you do not have a Facebook account, you will need to create a new account to see the group. At the group, you can see the photos of other people who are fellow Penn State Alumni living in Minnesota. The group has a discussion forum and a "wall" where you can post comments, like in a guest book. There is also a calendar of upcoming events that the Chapter is hosting. Also, you can upload photos to share with the group.

What happens when I join the group? 
When you join the PSUMN Alumni LinkedIn group, the PSUMN Alumni logo appears in the "Groups" box on your profile, and you can see the names of others who belong to the group.
